My order shipped but I don't see a tracking number, where can I find it?

When an order ships, you will receive an email to the address you used at checkout. Any tracking information should be present there. Alternatively, you can check your orders if you log in to your account. If you do not see any tracking information (the order was for a small amount), it likely does not have a tracking number and was mailed by regular letter mail. Can I request a custom sticker or bundle?

How can I return an item?

If there is an issue with your order or you would like to return something, please contact us using the form on this page as soon as possible and refer to our refunds and return policy here!

Do you ship internationally?

With the exception of a handful of countries, yes, we ship internationally! Please check your address at check out to see if we ship to you – but we probably do.

I need to cancel or update an existing order
